Students and active staff are billable. Parents and guardians are included without an additional user charge. One person counts once even when they hold more than one responsibility.

Estimate based on an annual RLS contract. Monthly payment is 12 instalments of the same annual contract value, not a separate monthly product. For district and school-group portfolios, staff includes organization-only managers and reviewers. The final contract deduplicates the same person across linked schools and confirms any applicable taxes. The estimate is not a payment, license activation or automatic change to existing school capacity.
